Best Shopping Centre
Modern Builder were appointed as the Project Manager and Principal Agent for the extension and upgrade of the Best Shopping Centre in Rawat. The office block will be demolished to allow for the centre expansion.
Approximately 6,000 sq ft of retail space will be added to the existing centre with PicknPay anchoring the new extension with a 2,500 sq/ft box. The general mall and public areas will be given a facelift and minor revamp.
