Full job description
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Gate Supervisor to ensure efficient and
secure operations at our factory gate. The ideal candidate will have excellent
communication skills, computer knowledge, and experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and control all incoming and outgoing goods, personnel, and vehicles
Verify and record gate passes, delivery challans, and other relevant documents
Enter gate-related data into ERP system accurately and timely
Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, vehicle logs, and personnel access
Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures
Coordinate with production, logistics, and security teams as necessary
Investigate and report any discrepancies or security breaches
Maintain a clean and organized gate area
Requirements:
Age: 35 years and above
Education: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 3+ years in a similar role (gate supervision)
Computer skills (MS Office, ERP system)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with security protocols and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing or industrial Unit
Familiarity with ERP systems
